Slow
The app is very slow and 50% of the time I have to kill it and reopen to stream video. The notifications are clunky too. Overall I do not like this app. It’s slow and laggy

Perfect video Doorbell and outside camera
For both, the picture quality is amazingly clear and works in all light conditions. The App is super easy to setup and use with brilliant AI recognition. Charging of the doorbell is a doddle and lasts me for many weeks. The solar charging of outside the camera I placed in a shaded area on the other side of the property is perfect. It is always fully charged for the night and hardly uses any power at all.
New update
New update has caused my cameras to alarm all the time regardless of whether it’s been turned off or not!!!
Good products supported by a terrible app
The cameras are all good quality and work well. But the app takes too long to connect when you get a notification. The app is also incredible badly designed. It’s unintuitive and every time I have to set something up I feel I have to relearn it. It’s very frustrating.
App is problematic
Using the app with an E340 wireless doorbell and E220 indoor camera for about 6 weeks. I have had issues with be app freezing on launch and rendering my phone unusable, failing to load camera feeds too often and UI being generally over-complicated. My trust in Eufy and Anker is eroding rapidly, too many bugs for something so critical.

Good app and products.
I really like this company and it’s products. Can’t fault the app. Only option I’d like to see would to have more than 12 hours to put cameras into sleep mode. Having to do it every day is a bit monotonous. An option to completely mute it untill you want it turned back on or have a timer to set it up would be great in maybe a future update. Other than that I’m very happy with it.
