es wird kaum mehr etwas aufgenommen
Widget and HomeKit support …
… changing a mode needs some fumbling in the app. A simple widget offering buttons to change between HOME and AWAY would do! … integration to Apple‘s Home Kit is a must. Orherwise: very clean app with plenty of customization options. Well done!
Apple Integration und Geofencing
Geofancing ist keine Funktion sondern eine Attrappe, die man nicht mal Beta nennen sollte! Und das schon seit zwei Jahren! Apple HomeKit Integration für 4K Kamera scheint niemals zu kommen. Sehr enttäuscht über die Werbemaschen von Eufy. Sie wollen Feedback, ändern aber nichts. Beim Kundendienst kommt man nicht wirklich weiter. Hardware an sich ist gut - das war es schon.
Alexa Linkage is broken
Alexa was telling when someone came near the e340 doorbell or was pressing the button. After the latest update, those notifications from alexa are coming anything between 20 mins to 2 hours after the event... disabled the skill, resettet the doorbell, linked it again - still the same issue
Bewegung
Die Aufzeichnungen der Bewegungen sind zu langsam. Wenn jemand kommt sehe ich meistens nicht mehr alles. Der Bewegungsmelder sollte früher einschalten.
Bug fixing needed
The app software freezes sometimes and it causes my whole phone to freeze. I have to reset it fully to use my phone again. The AI detection has to be trained better as it is trigger from the shadows of leaves. The ux of the app is basic and fine but i think it could be seriously improved as its not very obvious how to set security settings and customize them as well and turning them on an off. The ai should be able to recognize faces but somehow doesnt? Please fix the lag as i cant see my sec system if its frozen!! Thanks

Tolle Lösung mit Verbesserungspotential
Top Hardware, viele Features und Software App läuft. Das einzige was schade ist, das man die KI/AI nicht so gut lernen kann. Ein Beispiel: Es wird eine Person erkennt aber ich kann der KI nur bestätigen ob es eine Person war oder nicht, aber nicht das es Person XY war. Zweites Beispiel: Es erkennt eine Person mit Namen, aber falsch. Dann kann ich nicht sagen, das es Person XY ist sondern einfach die Zuordnung falsch ist. Wäre toll, wenn eufy/Anker dieses Feature überarbeitet.
