Poor support. The firmware fails to update. Even their technical team cant resolve it. Told me the wifi signal is poor. I placed it beside my router and they still give me such a reply. Anyone could have been their technical team. Templated reply. When escalated told me its not covered under their warranty. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Do not trust their product and promises!
App crashes every time I try to watch a playback video. It causes the entire iPhone to shut down and a hard restart is required is power the phone back. Please update your app to be compatible with iPhones.
Using the app with eufycam 3 and S380 Homebase. Works well!! Just a very minor issue with the Face Management page of the app. The words run off the side of the screen. I guess just a formatting issue. Otherwise no problems at all.
I have been subscribed since Jan.
Can remote access Homebase for video records and live streaming when iPhone is using Dual SIM, this is not acceptable. Nothing is done to resolve this after feedbacks, if eufy wants to keep this “feature”. Do state on requirement that for iPhone user, do not use dual sim.
Playback not working so long already. Please look into it soonest.
i just want to change wifi, why need GPS. Please remove setting for checking GPS location when need to change wifi
After my phone update to version 4.5.4. I can only view live view. Playback view is not working however i can still view event from event view. My camera is already using the latest firmware. I also try to reinstall eufy app. Problem persist. My other device using 4.5.3 can still do playback view. Please fix it.
After app update all previous settings went missing
Developers, pls improve eufy app . Or youwill face loss sales of eufy doorbell camera rtc. It is serious note for you. Pls improve bugs fixed. My iphone was frozen when open eufy app. I tried to restart but eufy app remains froze. :-(
