Impossible to find basic functions and just advertises at you! Terrible garbage!

First it was ads then it was new feature popup - by the time i manage to get out of the popup i will have missed the event or a chunk of it. The worse thing is, IT MAKES YOU WAIT before it lets you clear out of the popup. How about we just don’t do popups. This is ridiculous

It was working perfectly and now I can’t view any events at all since the last eufy update. Eufy support couldn’t help

Able to arm the house easily is a must. Will change the star rating when added.

Instead of those high end companies like Ring, Nest, Blink and Arlo charges you for even to view a video! Eufy is free and no hidden fees and get on time notifications. No popup ads. Useful features that you don’t have to pair for. Amazing app 🤩

#1 and #2 are the deal breakers, start there and you’ll be #1 in this industry. Why Eufy indoor cam 2K is not a google nest cam replacement. All 6 are being returned, and I am not buying the 9 more I need (15 in total), and staying with google nest even though their home app is complete garbage, and the new gen cams are physically horrible. 1- ability to rearrange cams in the order we want in the app home page. 2- no live feed for ALL cams in the app home page at the same time like the nest app instead of an old screen shot, just dumb. 3- an 11-15 camera or unlimited tier for for $5 more a month more, not just 10 cams. 4- wall plug needs cable to attach at bottom of plug, not sticking straight out. 5- continuous cloud recording 24hrs a day. 6- stand is too short and in view of cam when bent over to mount 7- base of stand is too wide, can’t put on window ledge that has blinds 8-cable stick out back of cam instead of the bottom, gets in the way of blinds or anything else, not compact at all. 9- cable is 4’ too short. 10- event playback makes you play the entire clip they want you to watch instead of sliding exactly where you need to go, huge waste of time. Nest cam gen 1 (black) is physically built perfectly, the 1st gen cam actually named nest. The current Nest ios app is perfect as of Nov 23/2024. #1 and #2 are the deal breakers, start there and you’ll be #1 in this industry.

Getting fairly constant reports when away that camera spotted a human but it always a chair or other furniture.

Please push firmware updates often door bell can’t connect to wifi 5.0 or higher. Connections drops all the time

How hard is it to make the auto lock timer adjustable other than 1s, 30s and 1min and beyond? Also the auto lock detection is horrible. Cannot we just have user input a desired value for the timer?

It takes way longer to connect to my doorbell T8203 since the latest update. It was fantastic before that. Please help fix it
