eufy Security

Every time I try opening the “Events” tab, the app crashes & closes! I’m using iphone 13. Whenever I get a notification that someone’s at my door, there’s no way to see who it is, because the app crashes!

The last update has my cameras freezing during life feeds and during playback of an event. It will also close randomly when trying to view an incident or viewing a live feed. Please get this fixed as soon as possible.

I updated eufy Security app, hoping it would provide a reliable way to monitor my home remotely. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing, as the app fails at the most basic level: it doesn't even open after the update and eventually does not trigger notifications. The primary purpose of a security camera app is to provide peace of mind by allowing users to monitor their premises. eufy Security puts this purpose in jeopardy by failing to function at all. In summary, eufy is a complete failure. An app that doesn’t even open not only defeats its purpose but also puts your security at risk. I strongly advise against downloading this app and recommend looking for more reliable alternatives that can actually provide the security and peace of mind you're looking for.

Just crashed. After reset iphone power off. Back to normal. Could be wifi lost connection

I have been trying to get an issue with there care department resolved because of defective equipment since day 1 with there products. It has been 5 months now and nothing. Everytime they say the issue is being resolved and Everytime I am let down. I do like there products but there customer care really needs to step it up. It’s a shame that such a nice product is in the hands of people that run the company like this

My family and I enjoy using the app. However, 1. The notifications on the iPad app are delayed by several minutes compared to the iPhone app 2. Would it be possible to scroll through the livestreams of each camera instead of having to choose one, click back, choose another, click back, etc? Thank you for your efforts!

I purchased this pricey doorbell for the peace of not seeing ads in its app. There are now ads all over the place in the app. Most notably the devices tab and the main menu. It is getting a little too obnoxious and the app has a poorly managed feel to it now.

Better now that I don’t have to dismiss ads for their products when I open the app.

Be aware, no Apple HomeKit with the HomeBase3

After each app updates, cannot add new devices.
