Sometimes takes forever to see clips from doorbell. Crashed my iPhone 15 when I clicked on an alert message from my doorbell. Update 8-8-2024 now it doesn’t start at all
Melding probleem
Na laatste update geeft de app ineens meldingen weer die er niet zijn, komt er na beweging melding te staan u heeft 86 meldingen op de iPhone hier klopt niks van!
Horrible
If you sell 100+euro doorbells make sure you can actually use the app that comes with it. The application is so bad can’t even use it 9/10 times.
Registration email not found in inbox
No registration is possible. The email is not appearing in my inbox not in junk email or adds no where to be found. No online solutions
Na updates of aanpassing, waardeloos
Na een paar weken voor de tweede keer geen connectie mogelijkheid tussen de telefoon en de deurbel. De eerste keer kregen we een nieuwe, maar helaas na een paar weken exact hetzelfde probleem. Het is een fantastisch systeem als het werkt, maar waardeloos na een random update of na de aanschaf van een nieuwe toestel waarop opnieuw een connectie gerealiseerd dient te worden.
Do not buy - app takes ages to load
I bought the camera for quick and easy checks to the doorbell (and other cameras). When the prompt comes to check who is at the door - it takes ages to load. In the meantime the delivery guy has moved on already, or I can walk to the door easy a few times. Unfortunately, Eufy support cant help here as it seems to be software related. All in all - im searching for an alternative again.
Fine app but some things should be fixed
Hi Eufy, Ik love the app and your product lineup Unfortunately some things still doesn’t work.: please fix these: 1. My iphone should ring when the doorbell is ringing although my iPhone is in silent mode. This is now possible with iOS 2. It happens frequently that when in open the video call the person that rang the doorbell already left. So it’s simply not fast enough. 3. I use multi factor authentication, today i mist my urgent delivery of an order because my phone didn’t ring. Ive tried by pushing the bell myself and still nothing happened. When I opened the app i saw I wasn’t logged in. The app logged me out because of the MFA renewal. This is killing. Now i have to check frequently if i am still logged in otherwise my bell wont ring on my phone. Please fix this. Thanx

Als ik wist dat er zoveel reclame wordt gemaakt op de app, had ik deze deur bel niet gekocht. Op zoek naar een andere.
Deurbel Dual 2 pro traag in het kwadraat
Probeer het nu al een jaar, maar hij gaat op marktplaats. Opnames starten halverwege de detectie waar alle anderen de 5 tot 10 seconden voorafgaand bufferen en mee opnemen. Als iemand aanbelt dan duurt het al minstens 10 sec voordat we een melding hebben. Als we dan de app openen (ruim 10 sec) en vervolgens de deurbel openen in de app (weer 10 sec) en dan ook nog eens willen praten ( weer 10 sec) dan is de koerier alweer vertrokken. Een deurbel is bedoeld voor quick response, maar mijn standaard cams op imou app zijn allang live voordat eufy wakker is, echt zwaar knudde. Oja: deurbel is bedraad, homebase3 staat er 1,5 meter vandaan. IOS 17.5.1 Het geld zeker niet waard, erg veel spijt van deze aankoop.
