Teleurstellend en Verouderd Ik kocht dit product tijdens de Black Friday-uitverkoop omdat een review vermeldde dat het zou werken met mijn Zigbee-gateway. Helaas bleek het compleet nutteloos te zijn. Het instellen was een ramp, en uiteindelijk werkte het niet eens. Het eerste rode vlaggetje had moeten zijn toen de app erop stond verbinding te maken met een 2,4GHz Wi-Fi-netwerk en expliciet aangaf dat het niet compatibel is met 5GHz. Serieus, het is bijna 2025! Zelfs apparaten die ik in 2015 kocht, kunnen probleemloos met 5GHz overweg. Om het nog erger te maken, verzamelt de app een overdreven hoeveelheid persoonlijke informatie. Het vereist registratie, vraagt om precieze locatiegegevens en wil verbinding maken met elke mogelijke dienst. Het voelt veel te invasief voor een slim apparaat. Kortom: Verspil je tijd en geld niet aan dit systeem. Het is verouderd, frustrerend in gebruik en te opdringerig.

I use eWelink to run three Sonhoff devices. On the apple watch (ultra 1) it was always troublesome, but it's now completely broken. On the iphone pro-max it works fine. All other apple watch apps work fine for me. The apple watch app has never worked well on apple watch for my wife (iphone 15pro and apple watch 9.) Now it does nothing at all. Restart watch and phone, delete and reinstall the app. I spent an hour on it and had to give up. Time to look for an alternative solution, or for eWelink to come up with a solution pronto. Update: this needs to be added. So eWelink came up with a solution pronto! They reacted very quickly to my complaints and sent me a link to try out the new software version, which solved the problem immediately. In conclusion, eWelink is responsive, takes the matter seriously and I assume that there will be an official update shortly that will help others with the same problem. Thank you eWelink.

De scenes welke op tijd zijn gebaseerd werken niet. Waar haalt ewe-link de actuele tijd vandaan?

De app werkt naar behoren. Ik zou graag een extra functie aan de widget toegevoegd zien, zodat je bv een snelkoppeling vasthoud en daarna de lichtsterkte kan aanpassen via de widget met snelle toegang.

i had free version to try some settings and scenes. once the scene is done you can not disable or delete the scene. you need a paid version. yak! i go buy other stuff. never ewelink again.

Love all combined functions and possible integrations with Google Home. Please add Home assistant too! Still miss the networkindicator on/off Switch for some devices.

Onbegrijpelijk dat zo’n zichzelf respecterend merk, nog steeds geen kans ziet de zomer- wintertijd automatisch uit te voeren. Dramatisch in vergelijk met al die onnodige ballast wat ze wel maandelijks updaten.

I was busy with connecting. For days. Thought it was my provider. They try to help me. Changed the frequency from the router. Didn’t work. Try’d everything. FOUND IT. YOU MUST PAY. First you buy the stuff for your light in the house. So PAY FIRST. THEN PAY AGAIN OTHERWISE YOUR LIGHT WILL NOT WORK. THIS IS CRIMINAL. PAY FIRST THEN PAY EACH YEAR!!! Want to know this at front. Never bought this stuff when I knew this.

Great app with sonoff products, like to see widgets for iOS16 in the next update

App is hardly usable when trying to navigate as tabs and navigation bar is under screen controls. Its been 4 years and no action what so ever to improve layout on X+ layout. Please fix this or stop selling devices.
