A bit of attention to the UI tap targets would be good. In the latest version it's very hard to hit the top left and top right butttons (more ...) and (back arrow ←) in most screens as it's too close to the status bar (where time, signal, battery indicators are).

Fantastic app, seamless integration with my devices. I’ve had minor issues before with earlier versions of this app but all of those are in the past. Smart devices = smart life :) Thank you eWeLink.

App keeps requiring sign in, previous versions kept you logged in. Just a total waste of time.

Ever since I updated app (on 27 July 2020), I can no longer do anything with the app. Cannot see any devices, cannot do any scenes, and some programmed automation no longer work. App support link in App Store doesn’t work. You guys have an urgent problem to fix. Addendum 4 August 2020: I found their website was entirely in Chinese and no obvious spot to change language. That is a problem too. I did find an email address as sales@... and lodged this problem. It took several days to get a reply. Good there was a reply at all but not anywhere soon enough. The reply did not contain a solution. I already had tried powering off and restart the phone as my first instant attempt to fix this problem. It’s rarely required to do but that tends to solve just about any performance issues of any app resp phone itself. By that time I heard from other users who have experienced the same problem in the past and they suggested a possible solution: Uninstall and then reinstall - and that fixed this problem. It is not at all common having to uninstall and reinstall an app to overcome a serious problem. What may be missing in this app is a self integrity check as part of any app update - such would trigger an immediate reinstall if an integrity problem is found. I have increased my rating from 1 to 2 star, as the concept of the app is good, but the string of a number of various and each on its own separate serious issues, as described above, need urgent attention which could eventually make this app great. But not yet. I hope the developers take this dialogue seriously. To be seen.

App support link in App Store does not work = 404 error. App fails to pair new DW2-WiFi units, the WiFi Scan step fails then appears to boot you out to Quick Pairing mode (not Bluetooth) after having to manually enter SSID and pwd details. Just continually fails. 👎🏻

The new UI has made it quite sharp looking, however the larger on/off buttons are gone. Also, the vibrate is gone when the command has been sent. That was very useful when turning a device on or off. Please bring that back. Plus, make the on/off green button on the main screen much larger and easier to see. I tried to make a group which I thought would turn the entire group on or off but that wasn’t what happened. Maybe I missed something but that would be awesome to be able to turn an entire group on or off (ie multiple devices)

Doesn’t let me choose the SSID name, only password. Hangs there for 3 minutes and times out.

Hi could you make your app work with Siri so she can turn lights on and off

Avoid updating Sonoff S26 firmware to latest. Mine are stuck offline and are now useless.
