“Works with everything” what a lie!
Sonoff claim their app works with everything. I have Philips Wiz smart bulbs connected through matter. I cannot create a group with them so I can control all of them at once. Instead, on my NSpanel. I have to sit and change every single bulb individually. It’s so frustrating. What was the point of buying an incredibly expensive NSpanel if I cannot even use it for what I wanted it for. I also don’t understand how most Wi-Fi bulbs are not supported even though Google home supports EVERYTHING Incl. some cheap smart bulbs I bought that run through the Smart life app. Come on Sonoff. Do better, Please. This is pathetic. I’ve sent so many emails and they fall on deaf ears. Please just listen already. Enough is enough. If you want to keep your company progressive, keep up and listen to your customers. Kind regards,
Preferred the old version
Logging in every time your session is ended by the server is a pain. Keeping the app open in the background with the old version and just having to refresh the page was just so much better. Not enough space to name a scene.
Camera speaker
Guys I’ve noticed there is no option to switch off Alarm camera speaker when I’m home and there is no mic to talk to the intruder or speaking to my family feature. Upgrade your app
Glitchy
An app to control your smart devices is nice right? This one is however full of issues. Either the device is offline in the app only, can clearly see the device connected to my router. Smart scenes 70% of the time does not trigger all devices on / off. Have to double check automated scenes always. There is also a delay in switching devices on or off
Work very well
It works very well and is easy to navigate around but I think the latest update may have a bug, one of the light switches that use this software in my house started to switch on and off by itself today (09/12/2023) after software update
Font size, font colour and background colour
The app is great, easy to navigate, pair devices and change setting compared to similar products available locally. The only negatives are the font size can not be increased and background colour and font colour, the option to have background colour to be dark and font a lighter colour would be a great feature to add to the entire app. The light background and small text size makes it difficult to read. Besides that it is a great app.
