je ne peux que prendre des photos via l’app et non lire un pdf ou jpeg enregistré sur mon iphone… Déjà installé, réinstallé reboot etc, rien y fait !

Needs three hands
Are use this in the trial period to scan ordinary documents and it seem to work okay. Unfortunately, it was only after the trial period ended that I found out that autocapture doesn’t work for books. That means that you need three hands to take pictures of books: one to hold the iPad, one to press the shutter and one to hold the book down while you’re doing all that. In other words, it is impossible to scan a book unless you just scan it as an ordinary document.

Ik heb betaald voor 1 jaar en ik kan geen documenten meer scannen. Ik kan de app niet meer gebruiken tenzij ik Premium neem. Dit is niet echt fatsoenlijk... en het abonnement duurt nog tot 31-05-2021... dus ik heb voor niks betaald?? Of ik wil kunnen scannen of ik wil mijn geld terug... ja logisch toch(?)
Terrible UX, privacy-invasive
To use the app at all, you have to agree to be spammed. The UX is truly atrocious: from "auto-capture" capturing the wrong thing to OCR not working at all.
