miss access to my NAS
It’s a professional App, top. But i deduct 3 stars, I won’t transfer my sensitive documents and i have a lot, the reduced my work the App. I miss a access to my NAS or a support of connection protocol, which is why i do not use the app for sensitive documents. The app doesn't support WebDAV, FTP or other protocols or a commercial acceptable security cloud.
One of the best you can get
Scans also the Layout of a document and most is recognized in OCR Problem is just that you can not specify a folder in OneDrive or any other target cloud storage, so i had to remove a star
App works perfectly as a book scanner
I use it together with a bluetooth control for the shutter - to my knowledge this is the only SCAN app that support this IOS feature. I put the iphone on a simple scanner box, press the BT button, scan, turn pages ... Then: "Sending to book scanner" to get single pages. "Recognize" : Choose "Preserve formatting", choose "Searchable PDF/A". Uploading, Processing. Open the PDF/A to see the page with the underlying OCR'ed text. Save externally. All that you would expect from a professional book scanner. 5 stars.
