Does the job kinda basically holding your hand cropping a photo that is put inside a PDF (gee),but developers force you to subscribe to a newsletter in order to try the app.

Bookscan doesn’t work.
I’ve downloaded this and bought a pro subscription because I had high hopes for the Bookscan technology that, supposedly, should flatten book curves. Well, I’ve tried several times and I was never able to take a flattened book scan. The image is sent to their server and then... comes back with absolutely no improvement.
Too lengthy process
It is too lengthy to create a document. If I want a pdf, I first have to photograph the docs, and it takes ages to upload. Then I have to save the docs which takes a while. Then I have to save the docs as pdf which is another lengthy upload. Then I will have to select where to save the doc (if outside of the app) To scan and create pdf:s from a 300 page book takes a couple of hours. Why not make it a lot quicker and smoother?
