Hace años uso la aplicación, es excelente, pero no puedo actualizar mi sistema operativo desde cero, porque cuando lo hago la aplicación no me aparece como comprada.

Невозможно пользоваться, сразу бабки требуют. Пыталась хоть что-то сделать, пока не нашла сканер в заметках на Айфоне. Ужасно

Подскажите как вернуть уже оплаченную премиум подписку? Случайно подписался на премиум подписку за 1490₽ в год,после списание хотел вернуть деньги,так как данный продукт не очень мне подходит и нажал отказаться от подписки. Деньги так и не вернули и премиум теперь не работает. Как мне теперь вернуть премиум или вернуть деньги за подписку.А то какой-то развод получается,если премиум оплачен,а пользоваться не дают
