Multiple languages scan unmatched even by Microsoft Office 365 but camera scan needs post-processing

I find Fine Reader App can accurately scan text of multiple languages. Microsoft Office Excel 365 can only scan one language at a time. However, camera scan of tabular text is not perfect enough to get Excel I can directly use. I have to post-process to get tabular form. ABBYY® FineReader PDF Version 15.6.2. Part#: 1421/27
