I would give zero stats but that’s unfortunately not possible.
And the reason is poor customer service- actually complete absence of it. I needed a help with my ticket voucher and nobody answered the call- I was calling the phone number from the app. I sent a message (on line chat) and till now haven’t received any answer. So two days passed and theirs customer support is not showing any signs of life. Awful and unacceptable.
Version 24.30.01 does open again (on iPhone 13 Pro Max)

Used twice. Once change of time. Must wake up in the middle of the night. Second time cancelation of the trip the night befor the ewent. Never going to use the app again.
