The best experience I’ve ever had

The staff is sending you robotics messages doesn’t really try to solve your problem when u need them. When everything goes right, that fine but at the second there’s an issue and u need the help center help they sending you a robot to chat with you Doesn’t try to figure your problem and let you get frustrated

Combining attractions

The GeYourGuide application doesn’t let you combine attractions and get better prices for that. For example, if you combine the Jungle Park with Aqualand in Tenerife then you get a discount, but of you use GetYourGuide you would not know about this. Another example is Loro park and Siam park. If you buy the tickets together you get a discount but now with GetYourGuide

Mihail took us on a comprehensive tour of the city of Bergen, while he explained and told us the historical story of the city, with sparkling eyes and a smile. Mihail's explanations are very easy to understand, and because of the way the explanations are conveyed, you can also remember them and feel the historical experience just as if we were there. המופע מתקיים באולם קטן ואינטימי. שרים שני זמרים, בחור ובחורה, ואותם מלווים: פסנתר, צ׳לו, ואקורדיון. הקולות של שני הזמרים מדהימים, עוצמתיים, ברורים ומשתלבים יחד באופן מקצועי נפלא. השירים הנפוליטאניים ששרו חלקם היו מוכרים משנות ה-60. לסיכום האוירה במקום, התחושה ששרים יחד עימנו כאילו כולנו במסיבה נפוליטאנית אחת גדולה, הביאה לנו הנאה עצומה מערב מהנה שכל יורו ששולם עבורו היה שווה בהחלט. תודה גם לחברת Get Your Guide דרכה נרכשו הכרטיסים. האירגון, ההודעות העדכניות גם כתזכורת ביום המופע נתנו לנו את התחושה של חברה אחראית ומסודרת. נמשיך כמובן לשמור על קשר עימה בנושאי הזמנת מופעים, סיורים וכו׳.

Terrible service you paid for something you can’t get

The perches in app was very easy But on spot we discovered that at the time of perches wasn’t available a few ver important details: the tickets was for 14:30 but in fact 14:30 was the time for some unknown and unnecessary activity(15 min max duration )and the entrance to actual activity was for 17:15 more than 2 hours later!!!! You can find it only on spot information and it’s unavailable a head of perches
