Sold me a ticket that had already been uses, got to the destination tried to scan it and found out. Their response was to simply refund me. Thats it. Wasted my entire day going to an event i couldnt get into, they didnt issue me another ticket or do anything to help. Just refunded me. Shocking. No explanation nothing.
I absolutely love your app and what it offers. It makes life a breeze, however I can never remember the name of the company!! I don’t know if maybe I am alone in this but on my app filled phone I haven’t a clue what to type in to find the app, all because I simply forgot the name. Please consider a renaming?
Booked 5 trips for my stay in Hurghada. The price, quality, accuracy of description and fun factor were 10/10. Chatting to other holiday makers revealed I was saving on average 50% for the same activity. I had to reschedule one trip due to illness at the last minute and this was no problem. Love this app! No matter where you are it gives tickets at the best prices and a chance to beat the queues.
Good in Europe, but not helping in Japan by bringing people to the places that struggle with overtourism.
Just download the app and do yourself a favour
Unbelievable experience that me and my partner will never forget, the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable regarding mount teide , the buggy’s which we used was in great condition and a joy to drive and the actual drive itself was breathtaking , best excursion value for money wise I’ve experienced
Alex was really well informed and full of facts and stories about the making of Games and she really knew her stuff. Intermingled with the history of Dubrovnik too, and also useful up to date advice. Kept the tour moving along without rushing us. Helped take pics too!
