Ложная информация и испорченная поездка
Я для себя сделала вывод, что никогда не буду связываться с перекупщиками такими, как GetYourGuide. Заказывать следует только на официальных сайтах, где можно выбрать билеты в любые дни и любое время и получить достоверную информацию о предстоящем мероприятии. GetYourGuide предоставляет ложную информацию, чем портит людям отдых и настроение. По неопытности я заказала билеты в Версаль на GetYourGuide, увидив что они остались в определенный день недели (не самый удобный) и с пометкой "билеты быстро заканчиваются". Билеты заказывала взрослый и для ребенка 6 -17 лет. Относительно поездки в Версаль позже забронировала билеты на Эйфелеву башню (это делается в определенный день на официальном сайте, к тому же билеты невозвратные и разлетаются как горячие пирожки). Через месяц GetYourGuide прислал мне письмо о том, что билеты, которые они прислали недействительны и отправили мне перебронированные билеты на взрослого и ребенка до 5 лет без опции возврата. Зачем так подставлять людей? А если бы я не вчиталась и обнаружила бы этот сюрприз, когда бы нас не пустили по несоответствующим билетам? 3 часа я потратила на то, чтобы объяснить службе поддержки что их команда совершила. Спасибо, что вернули деньги, но мою поездку они своей ложной информацией испортили. Если бы я сразу понимала, что бронировать надо на официальном сайте, то увидила бы, что билеты в Версаль можно приобрести в любой день и любое время, и заодно увидила бы расписание шоу фонтанов и музыкальных садов. Очень обидно, что из-за безответственности GetYourGuide я купила билеты на Эйфелеву башню в день явного скопления людей, и не попаду на шоу музыкальных фонтанов в Версале, хотя планировала наоборот... А по-поводу билетов с ложными данными мне понравилась версия сотрудника GetYourGuide: "ничего, купите билеты на Вашего ребенка на месте." Я покупаю билеты онлайн, чтоб не терять время в огромных очередях. Зачем продавать мне этот недозаказ? На официальном сайте можно купить детский билет при условии приобретения взрослого. В общем, спасибо GetYourGuide за испорченный отдых
Bad experience 2 times, enough to stop
I love travelling, because travelling is my hobby and my job.Usually I don't use any “helper” in travel. Start of this month I was applying to getyourgides first time, because I could find tickets for Van Goh movies seum in Amsterdam. So I was very happy to find tickets on this site. But how was I disappointed when my tickets were cancelled by getyourgides in very day of visit ?!? It was my first trouble with this site. Second happened with me today. One weak ago I booked excursion “Half day tour” in Elsas. So today I discover that my tour “magicaly” has been changed for today ?!? So I couldnt come today and I lost my 98 €. Thank you getyourgide with no helping me and goodbye. I don’t need “helper” like that and also I don’t recommend to use that site to enybody else, if you don’t want to spend your money and get disappointed

Купила билеты на Бурдж Халифа. Написано, что возврат денег при отмене за сутки до события. Отменила за трое суток. Уже несколько дней не возвращают деньги. При входе в кабинет и заказы приложение виснет и не показывает даже другие купленные билеты.
Alhambra with online Gide
I felt cheated. They wrote on the site that there is a Russian-language online guide but in fact no. I used only a few places with an online description other didn’t open.
Printed tickets
Assuming you are traveling and want to skip the line and buy a ticket or just buy ticket ... so what you do - just changing the problem of standing in line into challenge of finding where to print the ticket. Profit.
Support service
Very bad support service, promised to send the tickets within 48 hours, already passed 168 hours - no tickets, no back moneys. The only the requests to take patience but the result - 0

Перед мандрівкою до Лондону випадково потрапила на сервіс GetYourGuide. Спочатку сумнівалась,потім прочитала відгуки ,дані про компанію,і ризикнула.Спланувала 6 різних екскурсій:три з них у Лондоні,3 - Англія,різні міста. Дуже задоволена,всі екскурсії добре організовані,цікаві маршрути,гіди все гарно пояснювали,знання англійської бажане,якщо хочете все розуміти . Завдяки цьому сервісу мала найкращі враження від подорожі-дуже насичено . Дякую

Брали экскурсию все включено с русскоговорящим и англоговорящим гидом Нури.Все очень понравилось.Поездка была наполнена яркими впечатлениями.Особенно запомнились рисовые террасы и лес обезьян.Рекомендуем !
