平台超爛!訂購內容跟實際內容完全不一樣
平台跟司機、跟消費者講的時間都不一樣
1. 集合接送問題:我們5:00am到達指定集合地點,卻沒有人來接,平台的處理方式也不積極,只問我們「那你們是想怎麼樣?」
就連司機本人也收到不一樣的時間(4:30am)
官網顯示4小時,實際卻只有1小時,太誇張
2. 時間問題:平台顯示課程為4小時,實際到現場,課程竟然只有一小時,真的太扯
3. 場地問題:平台的照片顯示做瑜珈的地點在漂亮的戶外特別的景點,實際卻是在一個人住家的草皮上,顯然有欺騙消費者的疑慮
以上這些,瑜珈場所的人表示他們沒接收到平台的資訊
司機本人也不清楚,司機打電話給老闆,也沒有後續的處理方式
大家不要被騙,這個平台提供的整套流程跟實際落差太多!會讓國外體驗瑜珈的旅客有不好的感受,也有被欺騙的感覺!真的很糟糕….
以這樣的價格來學習瑜珈真的不值得

Since I told the problem of the yoga class, it’s such a bad experience!!!!
The yoga class was totally different than what you write on the website.
And the driver called the boss, and we didn’t get any feedback until now.
1. Time: on the website, it is a 4 hours class, but the class only 1 hour.
2. Meeting problem: they change the meeting time and place, but didn’t tell the correct one. We’re confused. Even the driver got the different pick up time.
3. Location: the picture on the website is totally different than reality.
Above the point of this 3, we feel disappointed and cheated….
We payed lots of money, and the service they gave was totally different

Guide No-Show and No Help from GetYourGuide
Booked a tour and the guide was a no-show. Reached out to GetYourGuide and all I got were excuses and policy talk that didn’t even apply to my situation. They refused to refund even though I got zero service. Really poor show of responsibility. If you can't rely on a company to make things right when they drop the ball, what's the point? Be careful when booking with them - if things go wrong, you might be out of luck and out of pocket.
