I would like to acknowledge the excellent service provided by our guide. My family and I really enjoyed his charisma and knowledge plus patience on accommodating my young daughter and elderly parents. Mr T is an exceptional guide who makes the tour lively with his easygoing attitude, lovely jokes and most importantly his vast and detailed knowledge about Cambodian history. His service is really exceptional. Well done Mr T.
I booked two entry tickets for Burj Khalifa for yesterday, 30 Nov. I paid $183 for the pair of tickets and Get your guide didn’t send me the voucher at all!! What a scam of my money and time!
Used the app once, seeing all the positive reviews, but clearly all the reviews are fake and bought. Everyone talks about how great the support is, but it is absolutely pathetic. I booked 2 first class tickets to a concert in Vienna. They charged me once but generated 2 different bookings in their system, causing me and my wife to get separate seats at one of the most expensive experiences of our lives. After their useless chat bot which asks for details even though you start the chat from within the reservation page, there comes a useless human who just wants to win an argument instead of providing a resolution.
Tour guide Niem was very knowledgeable and explain us well, we like to recommend Kim tour.
Know that when they advertised that they will refund in full, they do not. I was refunded $2.48 less than what I paid and GETYOURGUIDE said that could be the bank fees. If you say you will refund full, you should refund me exactly the amount I paid; no less. You should also bear all bank fees. Despite this very unpleasant experience, GETYOURGUIDE did not make effort in service recovery. Very poor service and no integrity. Deleting this app, and taking my business elsewhere.
I think more QC needs to be done to ensure the meeting times and dates are correct in the app and email notifications sent out. The tour was supposed to start at 7.50am, but the app indicated the meeting time at 3.40pm, and had I not checked in with customer service, we would have missed the tour.
I booked guide through this app and got routed to Crown tours, Rome, one of the biggest scam guide companies in Italy, refused to refund even though I was just 2-3 mins late since it is difficult to find the office, worst customer facing reps, really a rip off
Not clear information and can't change anything.too bad after booking and pay
Used GYG to book two museum visits in Italy - both times, the app failed to provide the tickets linked in the purchase. Frustrating to call customer service.
Some guides are not up to par and when giving poor reviews, the app stalls submission
