Easy to book. Tickets were accessible on the app. No problems at all. I have used this app a few times now and would definitely use it again.

Les informations données, la disponibilité des billets en pdf ou sur mobile, le centre d’aide, tout fut tel que promis. Je n’hésite pas à recommander cette application à ceux qui désirent être efficace en voyage, avec un accompagnement de qualité!

I booked tickets for a boat tour for three adults and a child and during the journey to the meeting point, my mother inlaw - a senior, who longed for the ride caught cold and could not attend. I had to take precaution to exclude her from the ride to prevent other individuals from contracting any form of cold. I reported the situation to the ticket desk and they shrugged off my complaint like it never existed. I reached out to GetYourGuide and they sang the “non-refundable” policy, without considering the life of my mother inlaw. All they are concerned is the money and not after the health and safety of participants. This is unacceptable. Remember, it can happen to anyone. This is pure FRAUD!

Not possible to ask specific questions regarding pickup options

The first time we used Get your Guide, we booked an ebike tour in Madrid and it was spectacular and seamless . Based on that experience, we trusted “get your guide” and booked a full day tour in Rome and it was definitely a different experience and one that would make us think twice about using them again. Poor communication and disjointed emails from Omikron (the activity provider) and when we arrived at the port meeting place, the actual tour company Civitatours, didn’t have our reservation because the booking agent didn’t send them. We had our email confirmation but initially that wasn’t sufficient for them and they weren’t going to let us on. It appears that “get your guide” does not vet their booking agents, they are almost impossible to get ahold of directly if there is a problem. If you aren’t on their printed “list”, there’s a good chance you could be left at the port unless you have a sympathetic tour person willing to help and speaks your language to assist. The tour guide company finally let us on and figured things out after multiple calls and discussions/pleas and we attended the tour, however, the tour company informed us that the “agent” and “get your guide” charges a heavy heavy commission fee. Through the tour company directly it would have been 98 euros = 145.30 Canadian for two and through the get your guide, they charged $390 Canadian for two. We understand there’s always going to be a premium attached with third party booking services but it definitely leaves a sour taste and poor experience to feel that this trouble and disorganization also cost a massive up charge. The tour was large and felt a bit like being herded liked cattle, but it was overall ok for what you might expect of a typical “bus tour”, although the description in get your guide, no where says “tour bus”. Side note; it was not “ in English” but a multi language tour with crackly headsets that although I can understand for efficiency they provide it that way, it didn’t feel accurate in the description. Definitely would advise anyone looking to use Get your Guide to do research in advance and look over the local tour companies to see how they compare in price and the type of tour offered.

The purchasing process was very easy. Unfortunately for us, our plane arrived late making it impossible for us to use the tickets.

Application facile d’utilisation et avec un super service client! Nous avions fait une erreur de réservation lors de notre voyage (excursion réservé la mauvaise journée). Leur service à la clientèle a été facile à contacter et ces derniers ont tenté de trouver plusieurs solutions avec nous afin d’éviter de perdre le montant d’argent de cette activité. Je recommande fortement!!!

J’ai acheté une excursion pour voir les baleines et faire du snorkeling. Nous n’avons même pas fait de snorkeling alors que c’était écrit dans la description. Ils nous ont dit qu’on avait seulement 5 minutes pour se baigner. Get your guide refuse de me rembourser parce que le fournisseur de l’activité a dit qu’ils ont du matériel pour faire du snorkeling. Toutefois ils nous ont bien fait comprendre qu’on avait seulement 5 minutes pour une baignade et n’ont jamais sorti l’équipement pour le snorkeling. Très très très décevant pour une première fois avec cette application.

Do not recommend The ticket shows a time The ticket that loads to app shows a time This is not the time to meet The only way to know the actual meeting time is to scroll to the bottom of details If the meeting time is 30 minutes before the tour then it show show in BOLD the meeting time rather than always showing the time that the group leaves. Very poor communication Crown Tours Man approx 18-20 wandering in a crowded area with his fingers in his mouth. He said, we had lots of people we were switching over and it’s hard to see. Will not use Crown Tours or Get Your Guide again. D. Weir

Made use of it in Dublin, Galway, and Killarney. I found it vey easy to navigate through the content. I have also used the app for other vacations and never had a negative experience. I will continue to utilize it in the future.
