Just bought the ticket 15-20mim wish to cancel and refund about something to do .there write cancel 24 hour.after customer service will tell you that their time in their country is different already pass .sorry can do it .

Lovely cruise,our tour guide Sunny is friendly and very helpful.Bus driver is a good driver too.In the cruise we had a seafood lunch.All the crews are friendly too.Only thing we didn’t get to watch Sunset due to the cold weather and cloudy sky .

It was our first activity to start our holiday in Dubai. The guide Adham was a very professional and friendly guide. He related the story of the old city very well at a very good pace. Good start to our holiday. We truly enjoyed it.

Useless Payment Function
The payment method does not functioning at all. Both apple pay and debit. Only throws error of something. I tried on 3 of different devices and still no luck getting the payment through. Support also useless with problem solving.
