Too many choices not enough detail
I booked a half-day tour in Barcelona that made it seem like the Sagrada Familia tickets were included. But then on the list of included items, it says it’s only included for private. Yet the app and website don’t show a separate private option. It’s quite expensive to add on Sagrada familia after already paying over €200 for three people on a tour.

Easy and efficient app and service
It is easy to use and have used it in two different countries. In Europe and UAE
Unprofessional and unreliable
Pre-booked a bus service from Rome airport to city centre. Chose based on earlier departure time and promise of cheaper price. Only we were left sitting on a coach watching a driver smoke and an attendant chat on the phone to only be told when we asked that the service was leaving late - actually later than other companies - because they wanted to wait for other customers, even though all pre-booked customers can use tickets for following services. We ended up paying more to use the other company’s service since we hadn’t pre-booked with them and thankfully spoke the language because we’d have otherwise been stuck there waiting with no one telling us there was a delay! Shameful. Definitely not recommended.
