Data not working in South America( Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina )
I have bought the South America regional package with unlimited internet for one week. As I arrived in Brazil, NO internet! I tried to reach them to help me out but only robots( the new AI) answered me the same answer over and over again but no solution to my problem! I have asked to be reimbursed and during the day they sent me an email telling me I didn’t send them all they asked but I did in many emails!!!! So they decided to close the ticket and never get reimbursed ! Be careful with this app!!
Terrible
I’ve ordered two eSIMs with this company and sure I had LTE. However the WiFi speed was bellow terrible. I couldn’t even load a google page to check the weather. It’s a shame for your company to lie to your customers like that. I could nearly send iMessages to my loved ones. The download speed was, 0.11Mbps and the upload speed was, 0.50Mbps. I would never recommend your services to anyone. I understand now why it was so cheap and I get a cheap quality in return. Thanks a lot.

Internet never worked, no refund
RUN AWAY! I highly discourage anyone from using this app. More than a year ago, I bought 1 week of internet that NEVER worked. They acknowledged their responsibility, and I am still waiting for a refund. They keep ignoring me.
