I can’t install install my eSIM error every time despite following all the instructions. What a waste of money. Appalling

We visited Réunion Island recently. Downloaded the app to purchase (two) SIM cards to use whilst we were on vacation. We arrived at St Denis Airport, paid, received our links to activate the SIM cards. We never got the SIM cards activated. Had to struggle asking local residents at the airport to assist us with a bus route to get us to a shopping center to purchase SIM cards from a local store. We had to purchase another two sim cards from the local seller. We emailed globalyo help center, received automated responses that a “ninja will get back to us”. The ninja came back to us, 24 hours after we were left stranded on the airport due to the impossibility of getting the SIM cards connected. I ask for a refund. An automated response informed me that “a ninja will get back to me”. Once again a day later, they emailed me with a long list of instructions, ignoring my refund request. We followed the instructions to see if we could get the cards connected; no connection after their help/assistance. And no refund. They did not email me again to assist. Received no refund. Absolute terrible app, do not download or pay. The initial payment is very easy and straightforward, but to get a connection or proper service. Absolutely ridiculous. We lost our money purchasing the SIM cards.

My time in China would have been a total nightmare without your eSIM. I have been able to stay connected with friends and family. The service is superb. Highly recommended.

I bought a 1GB that vanished. Global Yo refuse to refund it.

I clicked on an ad saying ‘Activate E Sim on iPhone7’ (exact copy) downloaded the app, paid for the sim, then was presented with a message saying that E Sims aren’t available on iPhone7. I immediately asked for a refund and even sent a screenshot of the ad I’d clicked but 10 days later and two attempts at contacting the help I haven’t had a response.

First of all, I’ll start this by saying I’m used to using eSIMS. The app is visually ridiculously. I’m not sure what kind of person it’s aimed at, is it a social media app? Is it an eSIM app? What is all this complete nonsense on the screen?! Secondly I spent about $45 on an eSIM installed it and activated it within the app yet with full signal reception and on the correct network it would not work, I opened a support ticket by the time I got chance to read a response was closed. I won’t bother with these again.

This E-Sim workd for 7 days so i bought the big 10GB package for Iran and paid 50$ after 50MB it stopped working. Customer Service does not reply, total disappointment! Will buy a local sim card again when traveling! Would be convinient if it works reliably but it sadly does not and the customer service is not exisiting!

So easy to use and very reasonably priced. I love this… 👍

I purchased a South America eSIM which worked for a few weeks. However, it stopped working with 11 days left on the contract and over 3gb of data left when I got to Bolivia. Bear in mind that this eSIM should work in every South American country. I contacted customer support and they took 5 days to respond. I responded to them within 1.5 hours and 3 days later I have heard nothing from them. I would please like this issue to be fixed asap. Thanks :)

I couldn’t get their eSIM to work on my iPhone 15 Pro and immediately contacted them via the app. Despite numerous chases, their “24/7” customer service has failed to reply after 4 days!
