Never used an eSIM before, and I have to say I’m beyond impressed. The value for money, consistency of coverage and reliability of speed is better then using my physical sim on my home network in Australia… Once it’s set up and you’ve got the eSIM installed and all the settings correct, it just works. Even when other friends had no service mine was flawless. Cannot recommend highly enough for travellers

It is cheap that’s why we all fall for it, as I did. Of course like everything when it works it’s fine when you need support then you know how good the company is. There is zero support and zero care !!! I’ve messaged them at least 10 times no response, they just remove your questions :( I got screen shots that my support requests was removed without resolution. When you traveling you don’t have luxury of waiting days and weeks to get things fixed. Looks like they have their connection to their local network provider and I am getting no signal. Now it’s going to cost me more because I need data and have to go and buy a local SIM card, since there is no response from their help line. So PLEASE don’t fall for this app, try another app, READ all the reviews good and bad before you decide.

1. Yoyo tokens They gift you “YOYO” tokens or whatever for signing up and referrals etc but these tokens do NOTHING. There is no perceivable way to spend them. The only way they state is if you buy or top up esim data, of which the maximum you get is 10% off for 50 yoyos. But then you get 50 yoyos anyway for topping up. Absolutely useless reward program. 2. Misleading UI There is a button to add a new esim plan which I wanted to use for my wife. However the new plan came with the same exact activation code as my first and wouldn't activate a new plan. I contacted customer service and they said you cant have two plans active for the same country and any additional plans would be treated as a top up. There was NO obvious information regarding this, according to customer service, its hidden in the FAQ. If i wanted a top up id press the ‘TOP UP’ button not the ‘ADD NEW PLAN’ button. 3. Customer service Not to mention my experience with customer service, you wait in queue for ages and when I requested a refund for point 2. the chat got wiped. Then i have to wait ages and retype my request for a refund.

Cheaper than others out there, no activation issues and works flawlessly. Amazing app and company, would recommend.

The service continuously disconnected and reconnected repeatedly meaning that I wasn’t able to use it. Support took more than 48 hours to respond - only up tell me that I’d used my data allowance and needed to buy another pack! Completely ignored the issue and lied about the consumption. They are now refusing to refund my money. Complete scam, I recommend that you avoid. FYI I picked up a FlexiRoam eSIM in the meantime and enjoyed flawless services. Buyer beware!

I recently tried using Global YO's travel eSIM service for my trip abroad, and it was a complete disappointment. Despite their website saying their product is an "extraordinary Global YO eSIM", the eSIM failed to find a carrier in multiple European countries, leaving me without any reliable means of communication whilst traveling. I've since had to purchase an eSIM from a more reputable provider. Customer support was unhelpful and slow to respond with their last correspondence to me almost two weeks ago despite multiple attempts to follow up. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Global YO at all costs if you value reliable connectivity during your travels.

I purchased an esim containing 10GB, the first few days worked perfectly fine and worked well. However it stopped working afterwards, I checked how much data I had left there was still 7GB. I tried removing and adding it again as a new esim however it did not work and instead it kept identifying as no service

Was originally really happy with this product, worked when I need it too. 2nd purchase of a sim card as I entered another country & could not get it to work! (Become stuck in a bad situation because of this) Gave the provider the benefit of the doubt 3rd country could not get the ESIM working again either! Both times I did all things mentioned in troubleshooting, no reply from company & struggling to get a refund. Not happy with this service. Please just give me my money back.
