I would put five stars if it weren't for one thing, but every time I indicate in the application that the change is needed from 5000, but every time there is no change, there seems to be such a function, but why is it if it is not performed in any way.
I got too many racism at Venezia from tourists and some local. It was really helpful app for me at Venezia. Grazie
At least don’t use this service in Uganda. They’ll never deliver you even if you pay money.
Most of the items showing cannot be selected.. but some can so it’s very confusing and annoying. If it’s out of stock, should show as so instead of showing as if it’s selectable but doesn’t respond at all when clicking the “+” from the item menu. Very poor managing and functioning apps.

1. Last month I ordered from Novus supermarket, was charged 1350uah, order arrived after 4 hours, and products were from Varus, a different supermarket. The Varus receipt was on 1000uah, and u till today I did not get my refund! 2. Yesterday I ordered delivery from pharmacy, I was charged in advance 650uah, products and delivery were 476uah, until today I am asking Glovo to refund the difference. Terrible service, and all they know is to overcharge, and no refunds. TERRIBLE
This happens too often. Came home super hungry, orders something, takes more than an hour and still the thing is “being picked up”. Next thing you know you get a call from Spanish speaker that can’t speak English, hangs up when they say what they had to say. Wtf?

There are many problems when ordering foods on the app. Also I can’t add my credit card and I have an error message when I submit the order. Please fix it.
