Unfair billing after free trial.

Apparently you have to make Prime cancellalation 48 hours before the billing date. This is not fair, obviously I wanted to cancel before it is billing, but I would’ve lost some days where delivery was free. Never going to use this app again for sure.

Disappointed

Buyer has no rights. Delivery person often makes cross over deliveries. Costumer service is just unuseful at all. I just do not recommend it. Hopefully this review can stay here.

Nice App

This app is perfect for even strangers in Italy. Cash payment, delivery tracking, useful options. Nice.

Order cancelled - poor problem solving

I placed my order at 11:30, scheduled a delivery between 12:30-13:00. Eventually, tired of endless waiting I checked my app, to find out that my order was cancelled just 8 minutes before the end of the scheduled delivery period (12:52), and the reason is the best: the restaurant is not operating currently. I contacted them ASAP asking how on earth could this happen and do they think it’s my only problem that me, along w/ my 2 and 4yr old daughters waited for 90 mins only to find out that we have nothing to eat for lunch..? The reply was pathetic and disappointing: sorry for the inconvenience, we refunded your money. Thanks, we are well fed now, knowing that I didn’t pay for a lunch that was never delivered.

Map locations are not accurate. Please fix the issue and make addresses correlated with the map location.

Forever loading.....

I cannot get further than the title screen. Its just a forever loading screen every time I launch the app. I couldnt even register through the app.
