Probably the worst customer service on this planet. No accountability, same AI-generated macros in every reply and zero reading comprehension.
Terrible customer support
I returned a product worth 48 euros from SuperGlovo and they never returned my money. Support is automated messages that don’t read what you write. Give my credits and I’ll change my review. Order ID: BPADLDZM.
Dubbel orders
I tried glovo for the first and last time. The food I ordered arrived as promised but 30 minutes later the courier came with the exact same order again. I got charged twice for same order even though I just ordered once. So Glovo never again. It’s just scam
Tip after
I want to tip after the delivery (obviously), but there's no way to do that, and even worse, there's no way to give this feedback in the app, because there are only predefined feedback options, which is very naive if you want to improve with your users.

Best Indian Tbl
Best Indian in Tbl. Tikka and Tandoori excellent. Service great, order quick, great sync with glovo. Best yet, punjabi not the southern coco stuff, real Indian food.
Do not recomend
Every time and really every time they do delive… but with 2-3 hours delay to what they promise you! Customer service is I guess an AI who promises you anything but nothing happens… sadly! So use any other app but I could not recomend Glovo app to anyone!

Deliveries always take super long, and the support is wildely unhelpful
Bad app
I ordered two crispy chicken menus from burger king. Me and my boyfriend waited over an hour for the food to arrive. when it arrived we got a completely different order which contained a regular coke, some Kfries and some BacCheer thing aswell as a BBQ double cheese burger without any sauce in it whatsoever and the delivery guy kind of ran away before we even had the chance to check if the food was right. Our first time ever using this app and everything went wrong, definitely not ordering again. We would like our money back but no one in support answer or anything and everytime I contact support again I just get ”we will contact you between 2-3days and its been a week now… we just gave away our money to the app kinda sucks.
