نصابين حسبي الله عليكم انا من الاوائل فالتطبيق وتم استغلالي بطريقة وقحة اخدت طلبيه بمبلغ قدره… ولما توصلت بالطبية تفاجأت ان اغلب الاشياء مفقودة من المركت الخاص بكم لمًا اخذت الفاتورة وسددت المبلغ اتفاجا ان الطلبية تكنسلت مما يجعلني اسدد نفس المبلغ مرة اخرى والا لن استطيع ان الطلب مرة ثانية وكذالك الاغلب المواد مفقودة تطبيق بدون مصداقية فاشل حسبنا الله عليكم وكذالك عندي فاتورة تسديدي المبلغ بالكاااامل ولن اسكت على هذا تم التعامل بالوقاحة هذه مرتين ساخبر كل من وثق بكم على تصرفاتكم الوقحة هذه وعندي ادلة على كلامي كله هذا .
Worst customer service
Never experienced such a bad customer service in delivery apps. Time range for delivery is extremely and always off.
Drivers
I like everything except the drivers all the drivers I had where all rude one time I ordered food and it said that it was right infront of my door but that was a lie, they kept lying and lying until I found him in the reception and he was screaming at me for no reason then he said give me 1$ extra because of the time and I said no and he left. I know what they are doing, trying to waste more time to get more money. I AM NOT THAT DUMB!

This app gives you limited payment methods and very poor service and takes so long for order to arrive .

I downloaded the application but was not able to use it, because it didn’t contain the Saudi country code for phone verification.
