I love this app easy and accessible fast and accurate

No Refund!

There was a system failure of an order made from eve After Dark Abuja on the 20th of June through my Glovo app and I was debite, but my order didn’t process and I was also told by Glovo through email I’d be getting a refund in 24-48, I’ve been stranded all week waiting for a refund it’s a new month for crying out loud! I’m still yet to receive the refund it’s been over 3weeks. Please I want a refund or i will take this to Twitter and I know there are other complaints about this same problem!

Disappointed

This app is really disappointing I have put 3 different locations but it telling me u aren’t able to deliver there waste of data and time really annoying

I had my doubts at first because it was my first time, but the delivery was nice and the courier was very friendly.

This App Steals Money from people

I warn you Do not use this App, do not use!!!!!!! They promised to refund my money after taking it from my account without my permission because my card details was there, took my money without my permission and I was told I will get a refund and I haven’t received it and they issued Glovo credits worth the same amount so to apologize, so now time to use the Glovo credits they told I don’t have Glovo credits and I should ignore the email, precisely giving me additional Glovo credits. One time I ordered food from there app and I got severe food poisoning, I tried reporting it and they didn’t even give me the option to talk to a customer care they gave me globot, there couriers don’t know how to read maps they don’t know follow instructions, they arrive very late and the restaurants serve poorly taste food with very small portions yet expensive price DO NOT USE THIS APP, IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE ORDER FROM FOODCOURT OR MAYBE CHOWDECK DO NOT USE THIS APP

App is becoming fraudulent

How does Glovo explain accepting orders for multiple items, deducting cost for items, service charge, delivery and every other charge the Glovo app takes, then Glovo fails to deliver some or part of the order whether intentionally or not, but Glovo will only make refund for cost of item not delivered. What about the charges? Where did it go? Refund that too! A customer is forced to reorder from Glovo app cos you don’t return cash, only Glovo credits. Plus the customer must make a new service charge, delivery charge and every other charge on same items Glovo failed to deliver. Please explain fraud?!

Location out of delivery zone

I’m confused, I’ve been using glovo for years now and all of a sudden my location is out of delivery zone why?

Refund Issues

If Glovo app seize your money, you’ll never get it back. They have poor technical staff. Especially when you have issue with order not being fulfilled after pay. Please do not upload your card details. They’ll take forever to refund. I have my money pending over a long time now. Now action has been taken for my refund. So guys it’s pay on delivery.

Good afternoon I requested for a courier service to pick up my package and paid for it since Friday afternoon and up till now I haven’t even gotten my package or even a feedback. I will like to get a refund because due to your lateness and lack of communication skills I contacted another service.
