My order never for to me. 130 Euros for nothing! The Company is impossible to get in touch with. I S-holdet have checked Theis rating before placenta my order..Many others have had the same problem.

заплатила за доставку, було два салата, прийшов тільки один, служба підтримки закинула в блок не відповідає, програма тупить один раз місто змінило, їжа мала прийти комусь іншому. Домтавщики не дзвонять в двері, хочуть щоб ти сам до них на вулицю виходив.

Glovo is one of the best food delivery companies out there, and I really enjoy their service. Their selection of restaurants and food is fantastic, and I can always find something that suits my taste buds. Whether I'm in the mood for pizza, sushi, or something completely different, I can find it on Glovo. I also like that I can filter my search by distance, rating, and price, which makes it easy for me to find what I'm looking for. In addition, their app is super user-friendly, and I can easily navigate it to find what I'm looking for. I can also easily see what I've ordered before and repeat my previous orders. I especially like that I can track my order and see exactly when it will be delivered. I've never had any issues with delivery, and their service is fast and reliable. I'm also impressed with the quality of the food that is delivered. The food is always hot and fresh, and I've never experienced any issues with the quality of the food. I highly recommend Glovo to anyone looking for an easy and convenient way to get food delivered to their door, and I will continue to use them in the future.

Worst app out there
1. Literally the most counter intuitive UI i have ever experienced. 80% of the cases I can’t find the same store again or find what you look for. 2. Hidden fees. - the app will decide if your order is too small and add 30% fees to it. Even tho from a different app ordering from the same place, will not have those fees. And no, they are not delivery costs, thats extra. 3. Spam - clearly not the first person to notice that so they have aggressive marketing strategies that spam your phone if you leave notifications on. Overall - I would delete this app from the store if i had the power. I hope the owners get what they deserve.
Avoid if in Bulgaria!!
The Bulgarian customers service on this app is ridiculously bad. Avoid it!!! There will be items missing and Glovo will refuse to refund their full amounts. I would say this is borderline fraudulent practices.
Good concept, many issues
Often problems with the app (for instance now no way to order anything at all), and no help service at all - only FAQ… I will order directly at the restaurants instead…
Over-promise on delivery times
Consistently things don’t arrive within the promised time window. Besides that, the app works well enough
