I have been in alicante for 2 weeks straight, probably donwloaded the app over 20 times becouse it dosnt work. Everytime i try to use the app it says «we have problems reaching our server. Try again later.» wack

Bad custumer service
Ordered a pizza and it had more onions than cheese. It was soaked in onion juice and custumer service didnt see anything wrong with it so they fissmissed my request for a voucher or money back.
dont even get your order!
i ordered, didnt come, chatted with customer serivice agent. she saw something was wrong and offered to send the order again, and gave me a nee order. THAT ALSO DIDNT COME! and no way to contact them. lost 20 euro for nothing..

Custumer service
Extremly bad custumer service. It was problem with the promotion code so delivery got status «pick up» and not delivery. When I contacted custumer service they told me I had to order a guy to pick up my self and it costed 7,99 euros. One girl named Ana told me I could get 1.30 euros off and said right after that she could not do it because it was my fault the status was delivery. I had proof it was problems with the promotion code and nothing wrong that I did, but she refused to listen.
Open/closing time
Doesnt say when the restaurants open and close. Would be a good detail.
Scammy App. Avoid it
I ordered a meal with the app is Lisbon. Not only the food never arrived and we slept hungry, after repeated complaints, they never respond. Use anything else but not this scam of an app.
