I have paid already for subscription, but it shows as I have to pay twice to get back to my documents, it is nonsense I need to get an access to my documents. please help

Gets stuck all the time
After the recent update. Have to reload the app. Kindly fix the issue (GN6, paid version). Thank you 🙌🏻
iPad Pro overheating
While I am using goodnotes my iPad Pro m2 started to head up and use a lot of battery. When I run it on Mac Pro 14 after 10-15 minutes goodnotes stop working and app reruns. IOS says that an app use more 150 gb memories. Before everything was ok. I hope you will fix it.

Приложение классное, но есть баги в части карточек. Нельзя «карточки» опубликовать в общем доступе и пропадают фото с карточек если экспортировать на другое устройство. И нет синхронизации между устройствами(

I bought this app a couple of years ago. But now all my notes are blocked and the application requires me to buy it again or subscribe. Isn't this a scam?

Но при написании заподозрил по определенным словам, что причина не в разборе почерка. Начал нажимать «пропустить» и обратил внимание на слова преступления, сво, Путин, Навальный. Потом целая куча данных, которые я писал своей рукой. Вы зачем это делаете? Напишу кучу отзывов о вас
