Disregarded customers
Paid for the good notes 5 and not being able to get good notes 6 has been so frustrating. I have worked hard on these notebooks and to learn good notes only to have it taken away. What a scam.

This app is very useful, but if you could make the app available on android as well, that be very nice! The features that can be added: - Remove the requirement for iCloud to collaborate on documents Byeeeeeeee
This is a joke right?
Goodnotes 6 just started downloading onto my iPad without my consent and I lost around 2500 documents. My entire schoolwork was completely wiped off of my iPad and I am really worried right now. I didn't even want to upgrade the app I like the way it was and now they're trying to make me get a subscription or pay for more notebooks. Asking for money after they wiped my entire schoolwork off my iPad. Unreal.

Membership was taken after update
I bought the premium version of Goodnotes 4 and after I updated it, the premium version was taken away and there is no option to purchase it again.
Absolutely loving this App!
I’d done my research on the front end, from many similar apps and so happy I chose Good Notes. It has been so easy to learn and integrate with other apps I use. It has been excellent for note taking, importing PDFs, large format floor plans, adding images, and notating PDFs and Word docs. So convenient! I have already converted a few of my colleagues on it.
Was great until it wanted me to upgrade
It wants me to put in an email I originally purchased 5 with and tells me I have no account with that email. Yet, under purchased it shows version 5 with that email. Works on iPad but nags me to subscribe and won’t let me back out of that dialogue on my Mac. Unusable. Tells me I have to upgrade to edit anything. Not buying a sub when I was supposed to be able to use 5 on everything. Got two years out of it.

펜, 만년필 모드로 글씨쓸때 너무 잘 삐쳐요. 이거 싫어서 신경 쓰다보면 필기 속도도 너무 느려지고요. 노터블리티 앱처럼 연필 모드도 업데이트 해주시면 좋겠어요. 그리고 스터디 카드 세트도 맨 처음 작성할때 테스트 모드, 펜모드로 작성했는지 상관없이 폐기 없이 수정 가능하면 좋겠어요. 스터디 카드 세트가 여러가지로 너무 기능이 없어서 불편하네요
Still waiting for a simple zoom indicator.
I need to know how zoomed I am so my handwriting is consistent. Been asking for 6 years. Every other note app has this.
