the ask goodnotes feature is ——-. I understand that you need to somehow justify the ripoff u demand for notes app but with jumping on a trend with ai tool that does NOTHING worth meantioning is just ——-. overall great app if i wasnt forced to study 14 hours a day everyday

It utilizes the new apple pencils well and is a fine note taking app, but trying to insert a photo from my gallery takes too long, I have the M4 iPad so this really shouldn’t be an issue. Whenever I click on the insert photo icon it takes so long to show me my photos, so annoying. Also would like a setting that makes my handwriting neater like other apps have. I am completely ok paying for this yearly but it just should work with no visual glitches and lag (which i notice a lot) this is supposed to the best note taking app. Ps: i like how it doesn’t collect any data on me, props for that

Smoothing feature for handwriting (like in Noteful). Would also love the ability to natively customize lineature (especially spacing between lines) without having to create and import PDFs. It’s a very clumsy solution. Other than that, the app is working perfectly for my needs.

Please add proper LaTex editor - not only image or add some type of Math editor - like OneNote has and it will be the absolute best

Every day update?? Can not make line 2 degree!!! Give me back my money. In writing mode can't add picture and drag and move???? Can't turn text?????? Horrible!!!! Most important thing and NOT WORKING!!!! Im writing with CHOSEN font and on next line is back some other font!!! Keep that font in chosen!!!! Terrible

The app is absolutely great for iPads. But I have to give 4 stars because I'm missing a few essential things. The first thing is that I miss writing exponents when writing normally, for example H2O (I need to write the 2 as the lower exponent, possibly the upper). The second thing that annoys me is that if I write and reach the end of the page, the text does not automatically move to the next page. I would very much like to add these features. Thank you.

I’m running Goodnotes 6 on a iPad Air 5 gen. equipped with a powerful M1 chip. Even with these op specs goodnotes is not running smoothly and lags, or even crashes, all the time. Another suboptimal thing is the incredibly overpriced templates, goodnotes is an expensive app and for the money I would be expecting way more, this just feels like the devs are greedy and do not care about the community that has been created around goodnotes. In conclusion, next time I would opt out for a different app, something not so expensive or even the pre-installed notepad.

I need support for inserting a pdf inside a page and be able to open it and draw on it, same functionality as Notes.

Documents stop syncing across devices after gn6 was released. I paid one time payment for gn5 and want basic function to work properly.
