Terrible update
I’ve been using Goodnotes for about 4 and a half years now and it worked incredibly well up until I updated it to Goodnotes 5 (about a year ago). Ever since, the app keeps lagging and sometimes crashes my IPad altogether. Now the documents on my Mac won’t sync with my IPad unless I update to GN6, in which case they will charge me once again.
No more family sharing

Thieves
You pay for some lifetime fetarures. Then you have to pay again every year to keep them. The features added from year to year are worthless (word detection is a scam, even for English language, AI is a scam, etc)
