Somewhat unprofessional

Make the app a paid app, or let us keep as many notes as we want in the free version. You can’t annoy someone into paying you, that’s such a petty move.

Goodnotes 5 is better than 6

As soon as I upgraded to Goodnotes 6 everything was getting worse. The app is so buggy it makes you regret the extra money they “made” you pay. Please fix the bugs because I can already see your users going to another app

NO STARS. Never used app but they took my money anyway.

The ‘free’ ‘trial’ was neither free for me nor trial. The ‘trial’ I guess started counting from the download of the app even though I didn’t use it or even sign up until later, I never got to try it not even for 1 second after I signed up and then they took my money anyway automatically, because obviously you have to cancel subscription from phone settings. Also I had to search to find that info on how to cancel. They don’t make it easy. They don’t give you refund.

Sync Compatibility

When do you plan to allow full sync between windows and iOS device? This is crucial for a lot of your users .

Language

The Greek language does not exist. It will be added in an upgrade.

Prefer notability

I am using both Goodnotes and notability. That is because I preferred Goodnotes for pdf annotation and notability for normal note taking during lectures classes etc. how wrong was I. I have the one time paid version and in one of my files I have like 7 annotated pdfs. The moment I try uploading a picture (!) in the document it crashes. And I mean it crashed. I got locked out of the app that I paid for for like 2 days on exam period. Unacceptable from a paid app I’m sorry. 2 stars cause I enjoyed using it in the past. Never again.

Not like it used be

Nothing in this app is a fully developed feature yet. Everything feels like a beta version. You just keep adding so much irrelevant stuff (for which 90% of people absolutely do not care about) instead of trying to fix all the bugs that have been occurring for years now. You add this, you add that.. please JUST STOP finding excuses to justify your new freemium format and instead focus on restoring the consistency this app once had.

amazingly helpful

It has a wide range of tools and settings without being overwhelming or hard to use. User’s guide is thorough and the examples are spot on. Generally seems like a lot of effort went into all aspects of this app. Haven’t gotten around to using the AI features yet but I am sure they are great as well.

Language support

I can say what everybody's said about this app being really great. Unfortunately I can’t say that much, seeing as my mother tongue, Greek, is not supported in the app.
