Paid for lifetime premium but got the worst experience ever

The latest update was disastrous, it just got more and more laggy as i write. And the goodnotes support takes forever to wait, as what they said “reply times may be a bit longer than usual due to a high number of emails”. This only further proves how buggy the app was, otherwise there wouldn’t be so many complaints. Truly disappointed

Where is the back button??

I use goodnote 5. But i dont want to upgrade to goodnote 6. but why this system said i cannot sync my doc just because i dont want upgrade. I have paid for my goodnote 5 !!!!!!!!!!!!

Palm rejection failure, I need it fix ASAP

You guys need to fix the palm rejection system. It’s just that when sometime I put slightly more pressure on resting my palm on my iPad, and write, it will cause detection issue and cause lots of lines to form toward direction of where my palm rest, which I have to erase again and again, basically I cannot put slightly more pressure to rest on my iPad, but I try on app like concept with the same thing, it work fine, only this app. Plus, I did went to setting, the palm rejection and make sure my palm is on the right side of my iPad like it’s labelled. Pls pls fix this technical issue, I truly love this app, my whole study career is on this.

Goodnotes 5 hasn’t support function of new Apple Pencil Pro

Just now, I have tried to use the Apple Pencil pro function in Goodnotes 5 but it didn’t succeed. When I squeeze it, it only show the undo and redo button. It doesn’t show the show toolset. I hope Goodnotes 5 can get update soon 😔

bought a 1 year premium acc then it suddenly reverted back to a freemium acc by itself after just a couple weeks

iPad Air 2024 ! Battery drain like drinking water

Come on dev, do something and fix the massive battery drain ! This is my first time purchasing GN6 and my first time using it. What’s the crazy power intensive reason that GN needs ?? And from reviews off Reddit, tons of users from GN5 has been complaining the same thing.
