Terrible Fell Off Major
Support staff takes days to respond. bunch of fakes on the site. Make Grailed Great Again They Are Slumped Nodding Off Over There.
Decent app, Horrible Customer Service
Attempted to make my first purchase with Grailed. Seller didn’t ship and was a ghost (for well over a month). Customer service couldn’t refund me, cancel my order, or be helpful in any way possible in resolving. A month and fraudulent bank submission later, I’ve gotten my refund. I’ll be deleting the app now.
Utter Garbage, they will break their own policy
Sell elsewhere the app’s developers don’t even understand the concepts of time , and when you reach out with a real issue proving there’s a bug/ error in the structure of the app, they will act stupid and reply with ai sounding responses until you’ve got your life to do, and they never end up taking responsibility for the app being horribly contructed. They’re too busy always bugging you with some sale event, instead of common sense upgrades to the app , like making the warning that offer sendercould be non-USA RESIDENT?- For that they use letters 0.1inch size. Good job stupidos. It’s mostly Asian no-name temu garbage that is uploaded to this platform anyway, and a few old worn out designer they put on the front page, they try to make it look like there’s something worth buying here, or installing the app. Worthless, the support doesn’t even speak correct English, or more likely they choose to do broken oxymoronic sentences on purpose, they do it to avoid admitting fault with the app, and that you just get tired of the ai sounding jargon. Apparently shipping on the 7th day and trying to upload tracking right away isn’t actually shipping within 7 days. Who knew ! These lame-os seem to follow some kind of new rules to English!! Lol! Uneducated spontaneous children
