The App doesn’t work!
Whenever I attempt to use the app, I get the following error - “Network status failed to load”. As an app, it’s pretty much worthless! I went online and was able to purchase my e-ticket and download it that way.

It keeps ending my session not even an hour after logging in. Which makes getting my ticket and using it very annoying as it requires me to log in each time.
Simply does not work on a US phone, known issue
Totally useless. I downloaded and tried 6 times to create an account.
I have tried numerous times to download the app to use the tickets I purchased via the website on my upcoming trip to UK, and it has never worked. Always says “Network Status Failed to Load”. Tried to get help from GWR and their only advice was to close the app and try again. 100% useless.
In the UK still says I’m not, why is that I’m even a restriction? Makes zero sense. Any other railways in different countries let you access them no matter where you are located. This adds an unnecessary headache. Useless.
Sir I am in London right now. No idea what exactly you're doing wrong (and yes I have an American phone) but it's incredibly frustrating for the app to decide that I cannot login unless I'm on wifi.
The app is so so poorly implemented. Switched to doing the eticket instead of collecting from the machine, and wow, the implementation of this is just so bad.
I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I attempted to buy three tickets: charges all pending on my credit card, but no tickets in the “my tickets” portion of the app, nor have I received an email confirmation after the purchase. Ended up going to Paddington Station in person to buy tickets, with the other three tickets purchased on the app still pending on my credit card. Help through the chat function says the charges will drop off, but who knows. Absolutely unacceptable, do not use this app if you are a non-UK visitor. As others have said, I am also currently in London so even if you try to make a purchase with your US credit card while you are physically in the city of London, you will be out of luck.
Website is a total nightmare, so not a good backup. I’ll look for other apps to buy train tickets. It’s not supposed to be as hard as this.
