With the HSL app you can buy tickets for Helsinki region public transport, find the best routes and get targeted traffic information. In the HSL app you will find e.g. single, day and season tickets for both adults and children. Bus, train, metro, tram and ferry – all with the same app. You can pay easily e.g. with a payment card.
In addition to tickets, there is also a journey planner in the HSL app. Journey planner tells you e.g. the best route and the ticket, which is needed for the route. In the HSL app, you can also see up-to-date transport information for the areas and lines you have selected.
HSL app does not support Siri shortcuts.

Buggy App
Buggy App - charged twice, ticket doesn't show up under 'your tickets' only one ticket while having to go under settings purchase history, but still charged twice on bank card. The your tickets doesn't even show anything and has been buggy for months. Devices tested: iphone 13 and iphone 16 pro max
Payment combination
Hi. I love using the app. Is it possible to allow combining multiple payment methods at checkout? It would really help my situation of using company benefit + my own card. Thanks.

Muuten on toiminut ok, mutta Epassin lisääminen maksutavaksi ei onnistu. HSL siirtää käyttäjän oikein Epassi sovellukseen ja siellä kun antaa hyväksynnän, Epassi sanoo että se on ok ja käyttäjä siirretään takaisin HSL sovellukseen. HSL sovellus kuitenkin antaa virheilmoituksen ettei epassin lisääminen onnistunut.

En tule enään ikinä antamaan HSL:lälle rahaa sillä minua juuri sakotettiin koska ostin lipun juuri kun juna lähti liikkelle. Tämän lisäksi lipuntarkastajat epäkunnioittavia ja halveksivia kun yritän asiaa rauhassa ja kohteliaasti selvittää! ÄLKÄÄ LADATKO, ÄLKÄÄ MAKSAKO. KÄYTTÄKÄÄ VUOHEA!!!!!!!!!
Mennyt huonommaksi
Hakutulosten vyöhykerajaus on kadonnut johonkin, valtava huononnus. Ilmeisesti myös hakutulosten ja todellisten aikataulujen synkronoinnissa on jotain häikkää, kun klikkaamalla hakutulosta saattaa saada ihan eri reittisuosituksen kuin mitä tuloslistauksessa näkyi. Pitemmille reiteille kauttakulkupisteen määrittäminen itse oli joskus aikoinaan olemassa, ja sitä kaipaa edelleen.
Haiseva bussi
Olin bussissa ja haisi ihan sika pahalta piti pitää nenästä kiinni. Tuppakka oli lattialla eikä ikkunoista nähnyt mitään. Inhortava kokemus toivottavasti korjaatte asian.

Instead of fixing the functionality they removed completely the feature to limit the search by zones I have ticket for, this it’s not how care of customers should work. In any case, soon I will use my car and forget this experience.
