Unable to buy ticket
Unable to buy ticket, I don’t receive the sms code despite several tries
Impossible to buy tickets
Visiting Helsinki on August 12, I downloaded the app to buy tickets, but it was not possible, the app was not working. Hopefully there is still machines to buy tickets on tram stop.
HSL not working without WiFi
Can’t do anything without WiFi since a week even the website doesn’t work HELP

Registration takes ages. Down all the time. I finally bought my tickets at the station. Did you consider usability ?
Can’t buy ticket as I am a tourist
You need to authenticate as a Finnish and as a tourist I cannot buy ticket without authentication.
Impossible to buy ticket
I am visiting Finland and coming from abroad. No SMS verification code is sent and thus I cannot use the app to buy ticket.
Difficult connection
I receive the message Unable to establish a connection... even I am logged in and the others parts of the app are working... Version 490
Doesn’t work
The application doesn’t work with an iphone 7 and IOS 11.2.6 or it is writte that is work with IOS 9.2
Nonsense strong authentication!!! just wanna pay and buy my ticket
Why make it hard? Its my money and i will use the ticket on my phone so noone cant use it anyways!
