HSL Reviews

The app does not work

The Finlander on

Switzerland

The map and route search functions of the app work, but every other tab displays an “unable to contact service” error, which makes it impossible to purchase tickets.

Good for buying tickets but not too tourist friendly

Janne-zyxhv on

Switzerland

The application works quite well when purchasing tickets and the price is as low as to a travel card. However some tickets require a Finnish Id login, which in practice requires a Finnish bank account. Also external web links such as to “Customer Service” etc. do not work with a foreign SIM card. They return “403 Forbidden” error from Azure Application Gateway. This continues now for several days. And the same result from Google search. Also person sitting next to me on the airplane had the same issue.
