Account confirmation SMS never received. Support has not reacted for more than 2 days except automated courtesy message. As a tourist I’d not recommend this app to anyone.

Can not buy any ticket with that app. I can not get code by mobile phone at all 😬 tried several times, but the same result. And the app is stuck after all.

If you’re from anywhere but Finland, don’t bother.

I am from Sweden and traveling to Helsinki. It didn’t send the code to my Swedish number.

Lagt in korrekt mobilnummer, men verifieringskoden kommer inte hur man än försöker. Varför man ens skulle behöva lägga in sitt mobilnummer är också märkligt.

This app is very bad. Can’t figure out how to buy a few tickets at the same time. The route recommended in the app sometimes are wrong. We missed our Viking line because of that and had to take a taxi to another city to catch it.

Älytöntä että pitää rekisteröityä yhden kertalipun ostamiseksi. Kätevyydestä kaukana… Edit: kiitos vastauksesta! Täydennän vähän kommenttiani. Tarkistin asian ja mainitsemiesi tietojen lisäksi pitää syöttää myös erikseen etu- ja sukunimi. Kun puhutaan kertalipuista niin kansainvälisesti vastaavissa sovelluksissa riittää yleensä pelkkä puhelinnumero joka vahvistetaan tekstiviestillä. Minun on vaikea nähdä mitä lisäarvoa teette nimitiedolla, eihän sitä lippuautomaatillakaan kysytä. Lisäksi sovellusta käyttöön otettaessa joutuu syöttämään kaikkea mahdollista postinumeroista lähtien ja päälle tulee vielä maksukortin näpyttely, koska Apple Payta ei tueta.

This app used to work great. But for about a year I haven’t been able to add credit cards to my account. Which means I can’t buy tickets through the app. I’ve tried contacting the support but they couldn’t help. I’m from Sweden, maybe that’s the cause of this bug.
