Lost Order and money
I tried for the first time and i didn't get the food delivered. The delivery person sent me a message on WhatsApp in Arabic from a different country number, which I found difficult to understand. In short time he canceled order and I lost my money. At least he wrote in English or used a Saudi number, or just left the food outside the door for us. Upon reaching out to customer service, they declined assistance, stating that I did not answer the call.
