Unethical reservation pricing

It amazes me that you get different room pricing if you use the app compared to if you call the hotel directly or yet again call the 1-800 reservation line! Should the room pricing not be the same for any form IHG offered to make a reservation for the same room on the same date?!! Also how the price can vary so much from one weekend to the next if the weekends are right after one another! IHG is not the only chain that does this, they all do and it unethical business particles!

Best hotel in timmins

Front desk Staff have always been welcoming and help in anyway. Beds are super comfy always have the best sleep. Breakfast is amazing so many options. Location is convenient.

Point expired without notice very bad expérience

They didn’t mention that the points expired i didn’t use any hotel for a year then i booked a hotel room and my account had 0 points without even using them and customer service didn’t do anything about it i payed for my stays to claim my points

App does not work with VPN

I have used the app many times to book hotel rooms. But since I have put a VPN service on my phone it does not let me use the App on my phone. It is annoying that I have to remember to take it off. Is there anything that can be done.

Rapide et facile

No receipt again

Last 3 stays I’ve had to, post departure, call the hotel to share the receipt. I keep the app 100% for quick checkout purposes. If it isn't available why take up the space on my phone.
