I just don’t know who designed the hotel search. Say you want to do a Saturday night getaway and there are several cities you’d be willing to drive to. The catch is - you have to bring your dog. Sure it saves ‘recent searches’ but does it save the ‘Pets Allowed’ filter. No. You have to set that every time and you have to expand the features list and re-scroll to the checkbox. There’s just too much clicking and navigation for what should be a simple task. I love the brand, I like the level of detail once you find a property… but the hoops to even find a property are maddening. (Yes - this has bothered me for a long time and I’m venting )

Already has an account set up. It this was the first time actually booking. App was super easy and fast. Only drawback was that I was booking the room for my husband and it didn’t allow me to change the name for the reservation. I’ll send a message to the hotel. I don’t think it will be a problem.

The night manager went over and beyond her duties.

Had a great experience with IHG after a bad AirBnB. Quick and easy!

Numerous times has my account hacked and the majority of my rewards points used. It TAKES FOREVER for them to answer phones to resolve the problems too. They even allowed the person who used my account to stay as long as they used their personal cc. Like ban them from IHG all together. Keep in mind I am a platinum elite member and they still cannot help me more than recommend me change my password again.

Very easy to use

They have great staff and a great breakfast and they’re always polite. It’s just amazing to go there.
