The information in the app concerning the hotel is not correct! On arrival you are confronted with this and left out in the cold. The customerservice is very hard to reach and not helping at all. My advice; forget about this app and IHG, book elsewhere!
Waarom mag ik nooit naar de site van het hotel zelf? Arrangementen/foto’s zijn binnen de app veel slechter. Neen, als ik de website van het hotel ingeef dan MOET ik naar de app. Als Iid van IHG heb ik de app nu verwijderd. Veel sterkte er mee. Ik bepaal zelf wel via welke weg ik wil kijken. Dat maakt IHG niet uit!

Please add Apple Pay. I do not want to store my cc information somewhere. And more than 4 stars is a very strange, most high reviews are from 9 years ago.
Nothing seems to work in the app. It is a total disaster compared to the older version. Even a new link for a password to log on does not work.
When open the app it forces and update. Cannot get passed that screen. New update requires iOS 14 or above. Pop-up suggest downloading latest compatible but that pop-up loops. So in the end I cannot use the app w/o buying a new device?!
Cannot add booking as the keyboard does not appear.
Doesnt work. My login doesnt work, get advise to contact the helpdesk but no response there. Resetting of password doesnt work either. IHG didnt do their homework here
I’m unable to add the IHG member card to the Apple Wallet.
