Useless, checkin not possible

Booking cannot be found, on the website it can

App refuses to show me my bookings

I added my PNR + Last Name when asked when web check in window opened. However, I received the error “Please enter valid PNR/Last Name”. However, when I do the exact same thing on website, it works. The app is clearly broken. Also, I don’t understand why this app doesn’t allow tickets to be added directly to Apple Wallet.

for me, it was the worst experience using this app. booked 4 flights, 2 of the boarding passes were not able to open during the check in. had to go to a counter and get it on paper. with no time, i would have missed my flight.

App is not working from abroad

I am unable login for the app and not able to retrieve my booking.

Avoid by all means

The app and website are generally not meant to provide a good customer experience, but to SCAM customers. Payments are debited but recorded making passengers have to pay twice for the same service. Indigo is an organised crime syndicate entirely set up to make revenue by fraudulent methods. Keep away from them at all costs.

Small bug fix

If you have connecting flights, make sure you have taken screenshots of both (or all) the boarding passes from the Indigo app. Surprisingly the second boarding pass is not available at the transit airport. The app deletes all the boarding passes as soon as the first flight takes off. If passengers have to take screenshots, it negates the need for Indigo app on the phone. You would expect to have access to all the boarding passes until the travel is complete. But this is not the case. Easily fixable.

Poor payment system

Can’t proceed the payment due to unknown bug, wasted my time to use this app, should just book through website.

Still not very useable

The crash issue was solved quickly but every time I want to do anything else than check what I booked, I get an error message. Even if I want to buy add ons. Worst point: The app says my flight can’t be found when I want to check if it is on time. Even with PNr, Flightnumber and everything else there is to enter. My flight leaves today and I have to check through other means. Best use for me of the app is to not have to worry about printing flight details to get into the airport.

Loading forever and crashes

This is simply terrible. On iOS 12.1.3 it is loading forever even when the booking or boarding pass is loaded in the background. No support for wallet makes it useless, I travel without data roaming and need to store the boarding pass in my phone wallet like all other airlines in the world.
