always app issues
I truly do not understand why this app is so highly rated. Even with updates, it struggles to remember my login, my address, my payment info, and I always get error issues when trying to add to cart. The rewards program seems to have been revamped but is still so bleak—you get minimal points for orders and sometimes orders receive no points at all. It takes forever to rack up rewards and it feels futile. The app also has issues reminding of promos and I almost never see promos until after I’ve ordered. Their development team is so second rate. So many food apps are seamless—I have no idea why Insomnia can’t keep up.
I love their cookies, but the app sucks…
Doesn’t work for me despite numerous attempts. I’m annoyed because their cookies are expensive (although delicious) and with the frequency I visit I COULD’VE racked up hella points, but their stupid app won’t work for me sadly😔
App never loads
Downloaded the app just now. I get the loading animation, but the app never actually opens. I guess I won’t be using this one.
I can’t add my birthday.
i just downloaded this app but when I try to add my birthday on my profile, it tells me that I can’t change my phone number… I’m not changing my phone number though, I just want to add my birthday! 😒
Glitches and not user friendly
In the profile screen, you’re not able to update your email or phone number. Frustrating.

Great Cookies | Awful App
Insomnia has the best cookies around. But, this is the clunkiest app I’ve ever had to deal with. I’m literally just trying to give them my money and half the time I just give up halfway through placing an order. Needs a complete refresh

How is it that this app consistently fail at tracking the location of the driver when they are delivering the cookies?
